Tooling development
We develop both 'Short run / Prototype Molds' & production molds.The proto moulds are developed in typically 30% of the time required for a production tool.
We develop injection molds for components which can be moulded on a max. of 300 tons injection moulding machine.
Complete tooling design is so arranged as to save precious time by working on the bolsters & the product related areas parallely to whatever level feasible.
Further time saving is accrued by using standard mould bases from quality mold base vendors.
Mould flow analysis is utilized wherever the product geometry & tools costs make it necessary & worthwhile respectively.
