  • We develop both 'Short run / Prototype Molds' & production molds.The proto moulds are developed in typically 30% of the time required for a production tool.

  • We develop injection molds for components which can be moulded on a max. of 300 tons injection moulding machine.

  • Complete tooling design is so arranged as to save precious time by working on the bolsters & the product related areas parallely to whatever level feasible.

  • Further time saving is accrued by using standard mould bases from quality mold base vendors.

  • Mould flow analysis is utilized wherever the product geometry & tools costs make it necessary & worthwhile respectively.
